Sometimes a targeted ordinary attempt remains the better next step; Carolina Server will scope the assignment from the facts rather than automatically recommending more field time.

The intended recipient should not be labeled evasive without a factual basis. These circumstances can support a planned service window after review.
Repeated attempts at a likely valid address
Prior notes show that repeating the same short attempt at the same time is unlikely to improve the result.
A narrow deadline or scheduled event
The court deadline and known timing justify a focused feasibility review, subject to lawful access and current availability.
A difficult work or residential schedule
A specific shift, travel pattern, or access window may make a planned time block more practical than broad daytime attempts.

Begin with non-confidential intake facts. Carolina Server needs the service address, requested date and time window, court deadline, prior-attempt pattern, lawful access information, and any known safety concerns. Explain why the timing information is considered reliable.
A concise, relevant physical or vehicle description may be reviewed when lawfully obtained and necessary to identify the correct person. Do not send unrelated personal information, private account data, or confidential document contents through the public contact form.

We review the location, timing basis, prior attempts, lawful access, deadline, and foreseeable safety concerns before accepting field work.

The agreed start time, initial duration, reporting plan, price basis, and authorized maximum are confirmed before work begins.

Observation window and service attempt
The server remains available for the agreed period and attempts service only when identity, method, access, and safety conditions support a lawful attempt.

Factual report and recommended next step
Carolina Server records the work actually performed and the result. Any extension or changed approach is discussed separately rather than assumed.
Case-by-case pricing
No open-ended clock and no surprise extension.
Stakeout pricing is quoted after reviewing the city and location, date and time, minimum or requested observation window, travel, urgency, staffing or safety considerations, and reporting requirements. The client authorizes a maximum duration or spending cap before work begins.
If the initial window ends without service, Carolina Server does not continue beyond the authorized limit unless the designated contact approves additional time or a different written instruction was accepted in advance.

Record of work performed

Safety and legal boundaries
Persistence never authorizes trespass, harassment, or unsafe conduct.
Carolina Server does not enter restricted property without lawful permission, impersonate another person, use tracking devices, harass occupants, or promise a successful serve. A server may pause, relocate, or end an assignment when access, identification, legal method, or safety is uncertain. Stakeout service is limited to the accepted process-service objective and is not offered as private-investigation work.

Does a stakeout guarantee service?
No. A planned window can improve the service strategy, but Carolina Server cannot guarantee that the intended recipient will appear or that lawful service will be possible.
What happens if the person is not seen during the authorized window?
Carolina Server reports the work actually performed and any relevant, lawful observations. A longer window or different approach is discussed and authorized separately before additional work begins.
